Welcome to the Fitness New Mexico & Musclemania Championships Health Expo, presented by Hard Rock & Resort and Cristin Kiburz Total Fitness, LLC. This event is a national qualifier for the Fitness Universe Pageant and Musclemania World Tour and a pro-qualifier for the overall Musclemania champion!
Enclosed you will find the event venue, host hotel, schedule of events, entry forms/fees, judging criteria and ticket purchasing information. Entry forms must be submitted no later than April 16, 2012 or a $50 late fee will occur. Multiple event entries are encouraged as this will provide contestants with greater “media” exposure.
We are very excited you have chosen to compete in the Fitness New Mexico & Musclemania Championships and look forward to a successful event. Last there were over 2000 in audience attendance and over 150 competitors.

Entry Fees & Deadlines:
$100 Entry fee per class/division
$50 Late fee applies to all entries received after April 15th . Entries WILL BE accepted during registration, however the late fee will apply
Note: In order to compete in ANY 2011 regional event, or national event such as the Fitness Universe Pageant, Fitness America Pageant, or Musclemania World Tour, a $25 yearly membership fee is required and must be paid to the Fitness Universe home office. Please use the membership application form included in the downloadable entry form to complete this process. Proof of payment will be required at registration.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: REGISTRATION FOR ALL COMPETITORS
• Bodybuilding & fitness contestants will submit music at
registration. Music must be in EITHER an MP3 format or on a CD, enclosed in a
case with NAME of CONTESTANT on the outside of the case. CD’s WILL NOT be accepted unless in a
case.
• The routine music must be the ONLY music on cd/mp3. ***Bring
2 extra “back up” copies.
• Music for fitness must be no longer than 2 minutes.
• Music for bodybuilding must be no longer than 60 seconds.
• Body builders must “weigh-in” on scale in posing suit at
registration
• DRUG TESTING
WILL BE CONDUCTED AT REGISTRATION. For a list of banned substances, visit

7:30 AM: MANDATORY COMPETITOR MEETING

9:00 AM: PRELIMS & HEALTH EXPO BEGINS
• Prejudging will take place for all contestants & the
prejudging portion WILL NOT be repeated during the evening show.

– Mandatory poses and call outs in each class.

Figure
– Quarter turns and call outs in each class.

Model
New Mexico – Male & Female clubwear & themed sportswear ONLY.

Ms.
Bikini New Mexico – Themed sportswear prejudging ONLY.

Fitness
NM contestants will be judged in swimsuit ONLY at prelims.
5:00 PM FINALS
• Ms. Bikini, Fitness, and Model New Mexico will compete once, during the evening show in all remaining portions of
judging required for each division including: fitness routine (Fitness New Mexico), swimsuit (Ms. Bikini, Fitness NM,
Model NM male& female). The finalists in each division will be announced at the end of the show followed by the
overall winner in each division.
• Each Musclemania competitor will come out at night and do a class "pose down". Then the top 3 or 5 competitors in each class will be announced and will perform their individual routine (during the evening show only).
• Figure competitors will be introduced individually during the evening show followed by groups of 5 comparison & announcement of the top 5 finalists in each division and the overall Figure NM winner.
